A deposit cheque for 20% of the total cost must be made at time of booking.
The full remainder must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 4 weeks to stay, at time of booking the full amount is immediately payable.
A £150 damage deposit cheque is also required. This will be returned subject to villa inspection and key return.
The villa is a non-smoking residence. Under no circumstances will smoking be permitted inside the villa. If you wish to smoke please do so in the garden and patio areas.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE FOR VILLA RENTAL
1. Contract of Hire. All bookings are accepted by the owners and are subject to these conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party on completion of the booking form. In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for payment at full invoiced cost, which may be recoverable by you under your holiday insurance. A refund up to the full amount paid will be refunded for everyday that the villa is re-booked.
2. Only people stated on the villa booking application are permitted to stay in the villa.
3. What is included. The villa rental includes: The cost of water, electricity, gas, utensils and linen. Please note: no items (except those stated in the itinerary) may be removed from the villa during your stay.
4. What is not included. The villa rental prices do not include any personal insurance, travel, transportation or airport to villa transport.
5. Damage to villa. Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the villa or its contents that has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the villa. Such damage must be reported, without delay, to our local representatives. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid to the representatives or the owners. A figure of £150 is held against damage to the property, furnishings or for very excessive cleaning requirements.
6. Hirer's Responsibilities. The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
7. Responsibilities. Neither the owners or their local representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, failure of any public service supply. The hirer responsible for booking, undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would endanger the policy of the villa owner's insurers in respect of the villa and its contents which might make the same void or void able.
8. Injury and Damage. Neither the owners or their local representatives take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
9. Occupancy. The villa will be available for occupation from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure, unless agreed by prior arrangement. Detailed instructions for key collection and directions to the villa will be sent immediately after receipt of the final payment.
10. Cancellation of villa hire. In the unlikely event that a villa becomes unavailable, due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner, the hirer will be offered a full refund. Any refund is restricted to villa hire cost. |
